About Us

We bring diverse knowledge and experience of cleaning from many different environments. Our experience includes cleaning to the unique requirements of luxury flats, Leadership in Energy and Environmental (L.E.E.D.) buildings.

At AvieMaeCleaning we are committed to serve you safely and keep things confidential. We can make your environment safer with the way we clean. We use eco friendly products with as little fragrance as possible as we love animals and know some chemicals are hard on them and us. We are detailed with our work and the way we communicate. We treat this work like we are cleaning our own place. We provide detailed schedules on what we cleaned and what is recommended for future services. We believe a clean and organized space is a relaxing environment.

What We Offer

All rooms have to be cleaned differently.

Some of our long term customers may require items to be scheduled not as frequently so we can create a customized schedule.

Office Cleaning

Every area of the office will include the cleaning of:

Floor cleaning and/or vacuuming
Clean and disinfect all door handles and light switches
Spot clean/shampoo small stains on floors or office chairs (based on schedule)
Cleaning of windows and dusting of curtains/blinds (based on schedule)
High level dusting of ceilings, ceiling lights, fans and vent covers (based on schedule)

Washrooms:

Cleaning and disinfecting all faucets, counter tops, sinks, toilets, soap dispensers, and hand dryers.
Cleaning of mirrors and garbage removal.
Cleaning of walls or dividers (based on schedule)

Lounge Areas / Office Areas:

Wipe down tables and chairs
Light dusting

Kitchen Area:

Cleaning and disinfecting all counters, sinks, faucets, and tables.
Wipe down appliances
Clean Microwave Oven inside and out
Wipe down chairs
Cleaning of walls (based on schedule)
